Welcome to Career Collateral. I'm a former recruiter and career columnist. I have more than 20 years of experience, including several years in medical sales, hiring my own teams as a sales manager, plus ten years as an executive & healthcare recruiter for national search firms.
From 2007-2018 I was a career columnist, serving as the "Health Careers" guide to job search and career content for About.com. (About.com is now TheBalance.com and VeryWell.com, where much of my career related content is currently hosted.)
